摘　　要：工程变更是影响市政工程建设项目造价的关键因素。从工程变更产生的原因出发,分析了工程变更对市政工程造价的影响,提出了加强市政工程变更有效控制的措施。Project change is the key factor of affecting the municipal engineering construction project cost. From the cause of project change, this paper analyses the influences of project change over municipal engineering cost and how to control the project change of municipal engineering well.
