涤/粘仿毛与全毛织物的性能测试与比较

摘　　要：涤/粘仿毛织物兼具涤纶和毛织物的优良服用性能,经过原料、织物组织、经纬密度、后整理工艺条件的选用与配置,其性能可望超过全毛织物;为了更好的了解仿毛织物与全毛织物的性能差异,使用FAST系统分别对涤/粘仿毛织物和全毛织物进行客观性能测试,并对测试数据进行分析,利用统计软件SPSS对测试结果进行分析,得出的一系列结论可以为纺织织造和服装加工企业提供有益的生产参考。The polyester/viscose wool-like fabrics have all the better performance of the polyester fiber fabrics and wool fabrics, and the price is lower than that of wool fabric, therefore, this fiber is very widespread in market. Through the choose and assorting of raw material, the selection of fabric weave and of fabric weft and warp densities as well as the determination of after-finishing processing conditions, the performance of polyester/viscose wool-like fabric can be better than that of wool fabric. It used the FSAT system to test the performances of these fabrics and analysed the test data to know the difference of the performance of the two types fabric, used the SPSS software to analyse the data for better know the difference of the performances. The results can be useful references for textile and clothing enterprises.
