东北老工业基地地区协调发展机制构建研究

摘　　要：东北地区协调发展是振兴东北老工业基地战略的重要组成部分。实现东北地区协调发展,必须建立有利于促进区域经济协调发展的机制。东北老工业基地地区协调发展机制在区位临接性、经济互补性、"振兴东北"等方面具有优势条件,但在市场分割、利益矛盾等方面却倍受约束,因此,东北老工业基地应在区域行政协调、政策整合、市场一体化以及利益共享等方面构建协调机制。The northeast area coordinated development is an important ingredient of strategy on rejuvenating traditional northeast bases. To realize the harmonious development of traditional northeast bases, we must establish advantageous rneehanism to promote the region economy development in tune. The northeast area has great significance foundation on natural eodition, eet, but on superiority condition market division, benefit contradiction restraint. So traditional norhteast industrial bases should establish the harmonious mechanism on administration coordination, policy conformity, market intergration and benefit sharing constructs.
