摘　　要：分析了精细化管理思想的内涵、核心,探讨了大型煤机企业在精确化管理的实施过程中存在的突出问题,提出了为ERP系统开发企业模块化程序的解决思路,进而为我国大型煤机企业深入开展精细化生产管理实践提供了借鉴。The meaning and the core of fine management are introduced in this paper. During the application of fine management in Z Corporation, a typical large-scale coal machine manufacturing enterprise, we found many problems. A new way, developing modularization programs for its ERP system, is introduced to solve these problems. It also offers valuable references to the application of fine management in other large-scale coal machine manufacturing enterprises.
