摘 要:对锡含量为0.5%的低品位矿进行选矿研究。由于矿石品位低,尾矿量大,为了减少设备及简化流程,重点从抛尾方面入手,对抛尾工艺及设备进行选择。提出采用JT5-2型双室锯齿波跳汰机代替JT3-1型单室跳汰机,以及用来选别双螺旋分级机返砂的螺旋溜槽,取得了理想的指标。工业试验表明,新设备的应用,使得抛废率从18% ̄22%提高到25% ̄30%,而且设备台数较少,处理能力由1500t/d提高到2000t/d,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。The paper mainly studies the low-grade tin ore which content is 0.5%. Because of low grade and large mount of tailings,in order to reduce equipments and simplify the flowsheet,the research mainly focuses on the tailings discarding which includes the crafts and equipments choosing. Applied JT5-2 model saw tooth wave duplex jig to replace JT3-1 model single-chamber jig and spiral chutes which handle sand return from the double-spiral classifier,and achieved good index. Industrial experiment shows that with less equipments,the tailing discarding rate increases from 18%-22% to 25-30%,and the handling capacity rises from 1500 t/d increased to 2000 t/d which achieve remarkable economic and social benefits.
