摘  要:采用有源功率因数校正(APFC)芯片TDA4863及DC/DC变换器芯片NCP1207设计了一种实用反激式开关电源。样机实验结果表明,所设计开关电源的功率因数高于0.95,整个电源系统的效率>85.8%,且总谐波电流畸变率<3.75%,电磁污染程度较低,因而此电压具有较高的实用价值。Using active power factor correction (APFC) chip TDA4863 and DC/DC converter chip NCP1207,a practical flyback switching power supply was designed. Experimental results on prototype show that power factor of the switching power supply with APFC reaches 0.912-0.979, efficiency of the whole supply system is higher than 85.8%, and the total harmonic current distortion (THD) is under 3.75%, which indicates the level of electromagnetic pollution is lower. Therefore, the designed supply has high practical value.
