摘　　要：目的：研究多刺锦鸡儿Caragana spinifera全草的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱等方法分离化合物，采用理化性质和波谱分析法鉴定其结构。结果：分离并鉴定了6个化合物，分别为（6aR，11aR）-3-羟基-4，9．二甲氧基紫檀烷（1），（6aR，11aR）-4，9-二羟基-3-甲氧基紫檀烷（2），5，4＇-二羟基-7-甲氧基异黄酮（3），7-羟基-4-甲氧基异黄酮（4），6，7-二羟基-4’-甲氧基异黄酮（5），β-谷甾醇（6）。其中化合物1的结构还得到X—ray单晶衍射的证实。结论：化合物1～6均首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant Caragana spinifera. Method： The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column. The structures were elucidated by the NMR spectra and physicochemical properties. Result- Six compounds were isolated and identified as （ 6aR, 11 aR ） -4, 9-dimethoxy-3-hydroxypterocarpan, （ 6aR, 11 aR） -4, 9 -dihydroxy-3- methoxypterocarpan （ melilotocarpane B ） , 5, 4＇-dihydroxy-7 -methoxyisoflavone, 7-hydroxy-4＇-methoxyisoflavone, 6, 7-dihydroxy-4＇-methoxyisoflavone, β-sitosterol respectively. Conclusion： All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
