摘　　要：图书馆联盟知识转移是发生在联盟成员之间的知识转移,具有"组织间"和"组织内"双重性以及动态复杂等特点。在图书馆联盟知识转移中存在"知识粘滞障碍"和"知识嵌入障碍"。障碍消除需要以建立图书馆联盟知识共享文化为主导,以制度安排和技术利用为辅助的解决方案。知识转移过程可以看作是障碍消除的过程。在此认识基础上可以建立基于障碍消除的图书馆联盟知识转移模式。Knowledge transposition in a library consortium is a kind of knowledge transposition among the members of the consortium, with the characteristics of transposition beth within the organization and among organizations. In this paper, the author analyzes some types of barriers to knowledge transposition in library consortia, and proposes some solutions. He thinks that the process of knowledge transposition can also be regarded as the process of barrier elimination. Based on author＇s analysis, a model for the elimination of barriers to knowledge transposition in library consortia can be established.
