摘　　要：为了适合多媒体信息量庞大、存在数据冗余的特点,实施可证明安全、高效率的加密解密,提出基于2维随机矩阵变换和魔方变换的两类置乱变换技术,采用新的密钥选择策略以增加密钥空间,提出基于安全散列函数的随机填充技术。并在此两项技术的基础上建立了一种新型的数字多媒体密码体制。分析表明,所提出的新型密码体制加密解密变换的时间复杂度低,且具有语义安全性。数值仿真实验也证实了理论分析的结果。For the efficient and provably secure implementation of the digital multimedia information （which is often with huge amount of data and much redundancy） encryption/decryption, a 2-dimension random matrix scrambling permutation and a new magic cube scrambling permutation were proposed with a strategy for enlarging the cipherkey space, and a stochastic ftlling method based on security hash functions was proposed. Based on these two proposed techniques, a novel cryptosystem was constructed. The analysis shows that the cryptosystem is of certain semantic security and a reduced time complexity of the encryption/decryption. The simulation experiments show the same results .
