摘　　要：利用道斯(TOWS)分析结合IFE矩阵法、EFE矩阵法等现代分析手段对我国发展会展物流业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行客观综合定量的分析评价,找出具有重大影响的内外部因素,据此提出了我国会展物流业的发展战略。Combining with the modern analysis methods such as IFE matrix, EFE matrix, etc. the paper uses TOWS analysis method to analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities arid threats of developing China convention/exhibition logistics, finds out the most important internal and external influencing factors and brings forth the strategy of developing China convention/exhibition logistics.
