摘　　要：总所有权成本关注整个电子采购周期的总成本。通过对确定环境下和随机情况下的总所有权成本建模,可知电子采购在采购交易前、交易中和交易后整个过程中通过不同方面对采购产生价值。The total cost of ownership involves the total costs of entire E-procurement period. The paper establishes a model of the total ownership costs under the certain environment and stochastic situation and proves that the value produced by E-procurement may occur before, in and after the procurement transaction process.
