摘　　要：以某国有大型钢铁企业多分叉流程的冷轧加工系统为研究对象,介绍了冷轧系统中的生产物流及运行特点,然后以关键的酸轧节点为例分析了正常情况和设备故障情况下的生产物流平衡问题,为冷轧的生产管理和计划调度提供有力依据。Based on the multi-branch cold rolling system in a large state steel company, the paper introduces the production logistics and its operation characteristics in a cold rolling system, analyzes the logistics balance problem of a critical node under the conditions of normal and trouble situations.
