摘　　要：描述了在－５０～８０℃宽温环境下，半导体激光器温度控制系统的设计与实验，重点分析了温度探测、信号处理控制和制冷器的设计方法．温度控制系统的实验结果令人满意．The design and experiment of a temperature control system for semi conductor laser diode under the state of wide temperature range from -50 ℃ to +80 ℃ are described. The design methods of temperature detector, signal processing and control, and refrigerator are analyzed. Experimental results of the operation of temperature control system are found to be satisfactory.
