摘  要:为提高微波真空干燥设备数字化与智能化的水平,对微波真空干燥设备电气控制系统进行了分析。针对原继电控制系统存在的问题,运用具有微处理器与串行通信接口的PLC、触摸屏和红外测温等技术,并通过PLC编程以及编程技巧的应用,解决了在微波条件下温度、真空度检测与控制、数据上传的问题。结果表明,数字化与智能化的设计,简化了设备操作,方便了管理,为设备的维护提供了有效的保证,很好地满足了设备的工艺要求。For raising standard of digitization and intelligentization in microwave: vacuum drying equipment, the electric control system of microwave vacuum drying equipment is analyzed. In accordance with the problems existing in out-moded relay control system ,by adopting the technologies of PLC with microprocessor and serial communication interface, touch screen, and infrared temperature detection, and through PLC programming as well as the programming skills, the detection and control of temperature and vacuum under microwave condition as well as data uploading are resolved. The results show that the design with digitalization and intelligentization simplifies the operation of equipment and makes the management easier. The effective guaranty is provided for the maintenance of equipment. The technique requirements of equipment have been satisfied.
