摘 要:为解决烤烟生产过程中烟农劳动强度大的问题,并考虑到烟区经常会发生停电的实际情况,设计了基于低功耗芯片MSP430F149的烟叶烘烤指导仪。该指导仪可以长时间使用电池供电,对烟叶烘烤过程中的分段、时间、温度、湿度等进行监测、显示,并能够依据设定的温湿度曲线指导、报警。实践证明系统运行稳定性强、数据精度高,硬件设计合理、结构简单、整机可靠性高,可以推广使用。In order to resolve the problem of intensive manpower consumption in tobacco leaves baking process, and aiming at the practical condition of power outage often occurring, the baking guide based on low power chip MSP430FI49 is designed. The guiding instrument is powered with batteries and its functions include monitoring and displaying the temperature, humidity, time and sectional process, and guidiag the process based on setted temperature and humidity curves. The practice shows that the system features high stability and high accuracy. The hardware design is reasonable and the structure is simple. The guiding instrument is highly reliable and worth to be propagated.
