摘 要:永磁同步电机采用转子表面叠装永磁体励磁,具有起动电流小的优点,但是起动比较困难,特别是无起动绕组时更是如此。基于无轴承永磁同步电机转矩产生原理,针对其无起动绕组的特点,在加入悬浮子系统之前,研究了永磁同步电机无起动绕组的起动问题。提出一种通用的优化起动策略,给出准确实现转子初始定位的充要条件、定位相序的优化方法以及基于转子磁场定向控制策略的起动方法。实验结果表明,采用该起动策略,可以在无起动绕组情况下,使永磁同步电机快速、可靠起动,并进入稳定运行状态,而且起动电流很小,具有安全、可靠的优点。The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is excitated by rotor face mounted permanent magnet and has the advantage of small starting current, but starting is difficult, and even more without the starting windings. The producing torque principle of bearingless PMSM's is reviewed, and aimed to its characteristic of no starting windings on its rotor, the problem on starting of PMSM without starting windings are studied before adding suspension subsystem. A general optimized starting strategy is proposed. The necessary and sufficient conditions to precise initial orientation for the rotor, the method of optimizing orientation sequence, and the method of starting motor based on the strategy of rotor flux oriented control have been offered. The experiment results have indicated that this starting strategy can start PMSM without the starting windings rapidly and reliably, and the starting current is very small, and this starting strategy has advantage in safety and reliability .
