摘　　要：目的研究一种能够快速定性鉴别消毒剂中季铵盐的简便方法。方法采用特定试样和指示剂与试物反应显色技术用肉眼直接观察的方法进行了实验室研究。结果季铵盐与显色指示剂反应后,使水层由蓝色透明变为无色透明,氯仿层由无色透明变为蓝色透明;空白对照组则出现相反现象。20 g/L戊二醛,5 g/L醋酸氯己定,75%乙醇和45%异丙醇等4种消毒剂中含100 mg/L季铵盐成分,不干扰该指示剂定性检测。用本研究显色指示剂检测10种品牌市售消毒剂,能明确地定性检出3种含季铵盐类消毒剂,另7种消毒剂经验证试验确认不含季铵盐成分。结论本研究复合指示剂能通过肉眼观察对含季铵盐消毒剂作定性检测,既可鉴定单方季铵盐也可用于复方季铵盐类消毒剂的定性鉴别。Objective To study a simple method for quick qualitative identification of quaternary ammonium salt in disinfectant. Methods Technique of color reaction between specific test reagent containing indicator and test substance and method of direct observation by naked eye were used to carry out laboratory study. Results After reaction between quaternary ammonium salt and color indicator, the water layer changed from blue transparent to colorless transparent and the chloroform layer changed from colorless transparent to blue transparent, while the blank control group showed the opposite phenomenon. The four disinfectants, including 20 g/L glutaraldehyde, 5 g/L chlorhexidine acetate, 75% ethanol and 45% isopropanol, containing 100 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt did not interfere the qualitative examination of the indicator. Use of the color indicator of this study for examinating the commercial disinfectants of 10 brands could definitely qualitatively detect 3 disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salt ingredient and verify 7 disinfectants not containing quaternary ammonium salt ingredient. Conclusions The compound indicator studied can qualitatively detect disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salt by naked - eye observation. It can either identify simple quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant or qualitatitively differentiate compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant.
