摘  要:目的了解临床超广谱产β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌对含氯消毒剂的抗药性。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验和模似现场杀菌试验法观察一种有机含氯消毒剂对7株产β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌杀灭效果,并与铜绿假单胞菌消毒试验标准菌株作平行比较。结果用含有效氯350mg/L该含氯消毒剂溶液作用5win,对7株产β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭率范围为99.62%~99.86%,对消毒试验标准菌株的杀灭率为99.91%。用含有效氯500mg/L该含氯消毒剂溶液对物体表面擦洗3遍达不到规定的消毒效果;用有效氯1000mg/L该消毒液擦洗1遍即可达到消毒要求。结论临床产β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌对含氯消毒剂产生了抗性现象。Objective To know the resistance of clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa producing broad - spectrum β- lactamase to chlorine - containing disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and simulated on - the - spot germicidal test method were used to observe the efficacy of an organic chlorine - containing disinfectant in killing 7 strains of P. aeruginosa producing β-lactamase and to carry out paralled comparison with the standard bacterial strain used in P. aeruginosa disinfection test. Results The chlorine - containing disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 350 mg/L with a 5 min contact time killed 99.62% -99.86% of 7 stains ofP. aeruginosa producing β- lactamase, and 99.91% of the standard strain for disinfection test. Triplicate wiping of the surfaces of objects with the chlorine - containing disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L could not achieve the specified disinfection efficacy, while wiping with the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L once could fulfil the disinfection requirement. Conclusion The clinical isolate of P. aeruginosa producing lactamase has produced resistance to chlorine - containing disinfectant.
