摘 要:采用固液混合铸造技术制备了高铬铸铁合金坯料,研究了固液混合铸造高铬铸铁坯料的重熔组织及重熔处理对坯料中可能存在的缺陷的修复效果。结果表明:坯料重熔处理的合适温度为1 220~1 240℃;重熔处理有效地改善了粉末与基体冶金结合,减少了坯料中的气孔、疏松、缩孔等缺陷;在一定的压力作用下,重熔坯料中未熔粉末团的各单个粉末的间隙能一定程度地被重熔金属液浸渗。本研究探索出了一条消除固液混合铸造中由于粉末分散不够而造成的合金缺陷的有效途径。The solid-liquid mixed casting technology was used to prepare high chromium cast iron alloys. The microstructure of the as-cast high chromium cast iron alloy after remelting treatment was investigated. And the effect of the remelting treatment on eliminating the defects existed in the alloys was also studied. The results showed that the appropriate remelting treatment temperature is between 1 220 ℃ to 1 240 ℃. The remelting treatment can improve the metallurgical binding of added powders and the matrix, and then decrease the defects of the alloys such as gas hole, shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity etc. The gap among the unmelted powders in the remelted alloy can be filled with the melt by infiltration under a certain pressure in the course of remelting treatment. So a way to eliminate the alloy defects brought from solid-liquid mixed casting process is explored.
