摘  要:通过金相组织观察、X射线衍射相结构分析以及力学性能测试,研究了铝对铸态抗磨耐热铸钢(ZG40Cr25Ni20)显微组织、结构和硬度的影响。结果表明,加入铝量达到5%时,铸态组织中出现了大量的颗粒状金属间化合物(γ'相),使晶界碳化物呈较为分散的分布;γ'相的出现显著提高了材料的硬度,5%铝添加量试样的硬度比ZG40Cr25Ni20的硬度提高33.8%。The effects of AI addition on microstructure and hardness of heat and abrasion resistant steel were studied using metalloscope, x-ray diffraction, scan electron microscope and hardness tester. The results showed that many granular intermetallic compound Ni3AI (γ' phase) were formed when the addition content of AI is up to 5% in the steel. The formation of γ' phase makes the carbide within matrix distribute dispersedly and the hardness improved greatly. Hardness of the steel with 5% Al addition is increased by 33.8% compared with that of ZG40Cr25Ni20.
