西藏皮达湖和龙巴萨巴湖除险的思考

摘　　要：由于自然、历史、社会等原因,人们对高原冰湖的研究甚少,除险施工更是少之又少。分析西藏定结县皮达湖、龙巴萨巴湖险情的成因与危害,通过对两冰湖除险施工的总结,揭示了高海拔水利工程施工的一些特点、面临的实际问题以及取得的实践经验,并从保护生态及环境的角度出发,对冰湖的保护和治理进行了有益的探索。Due to the natural, historical and social factors, very few studies on ice lake on highland are carried out with even less studies on disaster-relief during construction. The paper evaluates the causes and damaged of disasters of Pida and Longbasaba Lake in Dingjie County in Tibet. By summarizing disaster-relief measures in the construction of these two ice lakes, issues related to water project construction in high altitude and experiences accumulated in practice are presented. Beneficial exploitation is made on conservation and harness of ice lake from the respects of ecology and environment conservation.
