摘　　要：构建和谐世界需要安全、稳定、有序、和谐的国际环境。国际环境是一个庞大的系统,其中信息网络安全环境是最重要的子系统之一。从某种意义上说,没有良好的全球网络安全环境,就没有和谐世界。本文拟对构建和谐世界的网络安全环境进行专门分析研究,并提出中国的战略对策。Building an international environment of harmonious world is a huge system,and the information network security environment is one of the most important subsystems. However, the construction of a harmonious world is faced with severe network security environment. As an advocate of a harmonious world, China should formulate and implement a scientific and rational strategies, create a good environment for network security,to contribute the construction of a harmonious world.
