厦门港口发展分析研究

摘　　要：为了推动海峡西岸经济区建设和海峡两岸经贸发展,促进厦门港口业的进一步发展,通过定性和定量的方法,分析和研究了厦门港口条件和基础设施、港口结构及其港区分布情况、港口体制改革和港口的整合、港口的功能定位、主要的经济腹地、港口总吞吐量和集装箱吞吐量及其增幅状况,针对厦门港发展存在的问题,提出实行自由港政策、实现港区整合、改善集疏运、开发港口腹地、加强技术创新、深化港口管理体制改革,以及实现港城一体化发展的对策建议。The development of Xiamen port is important to the construction of the west coast economic zone of Taiwan Straits and is meaningful in the cross-Strait trade and economy. By using the quantitative method as well as the qualitative method, this paper makes an overall study on the development of Xiamen port. The present conditions of Xiamen port such as infrastructure facilities, port regions distribution, total throughput and container throughput, system reform and integration, port functions determining etc. are analyzed. Suggestions such as free port policy, port regions integration, improving collection and distribution in cargo transportation, planning of port regions, technical innovation, management system reform and harmonious development of port an city etc. are put forward.
