摘　　要：[目的]评价济宁市已婚育龄妇女生命质量状态及影响因素。[方法]采用WHOQOL-100量表对已婚育龄妇女生命质量进行调查分析。[结果]总体而言,已婚育龄妇女健康状况和生命质量好于普通人群。在社会关系、环境、精神支柱及个人信仰3个领域评价较高;而在生理、心理和独立性3个领域低于普通人群。多因素分析表明:自我评分、文化水平、与配偶的关系和家庭摩擦,对生命质量影响显著。[结论]已婚育龄妇女生命质量总体状况较好,但配偶、家庭应注意在生理、心理、独立性方面给予关注和支持。[Objective] To estimate life quality of married women and explore the influence factors. [Methods] Totally 350 women were investigated by WHOQOL-100 scale. [Results] Generally speaking, the health status and quality of life of married women was better than that in Chinese norm. The scores for social relationship, environment and faith were higher, but scores of physiology, psychology and independence were lower. Multiple factor analysis shown that main influence factors were self-reported score, educational levels, relationship with the spouse and family. [Conclusion] The general status on the quality of life of married child-bearing age women was well. Their husband and family should be careful about physiology, psychological and independence.
