摘  要:1991~1993年调查研究了河北省白洋淀的浮游植物,共鉴定451种,隶属51科136属。其中,1991年出现261种,1992年243种,1993年201种。平均细胞密度为280.88×104个/L,最大值为679.80×104个/L,出现在1993年4月,最小值为55.37×104个/L,出现在1992年4月。应用浮游植物群落资料通过指示生物法、藻商值、营养状态指数和物种多样性指数评价了白洋淀水质,同时利用理化分析方法对水质进行监测,两种评价结果是一致的。1991~1992年白洋淀的水质为中性或微碱性贫营养型水体,而1993年则为碱性富营养型水体。漾堤口1991年为重污区,烧车淀1992年为中污区。A phytoplankton survey was conducted in 1991~1993 in the lake Baiyangdian, Hebei province. There were 451 species phytoplankton observed, and 261 species identified in 1991, 243 species in 1992, 201 species in 1993. The mean cell density in the whole lake Baiyangdian including eight lake regions was 280.88×10 4 Cell/L. The maximum cell density was 679.80×10 4 Cell/L, occurred in April 1993, and minimum cell density was 55.37×10 4 Cell/L in April 1992. The water quality of the Baiyangdian was assessed according to the data of phytoplankton coommunity structure and the indicatior method, algae guotient value, trophic state index and species diversity. In the meantime, another evaluation of water quality was carried out by using physical-chemical index. The results of two evaluation were the same. In 1991~1992, the water quality of Lake Baiyangdian appeared neutral and slightly alkalinity oligotrophic was polysaprobic region in 1991, Shaochedian was mesosaprobic region in 1992, the others were oligosaprobic and kathrobic regions.
