外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT征像分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT征像。方法:回顾性分析7例经手术及临床证实的外伤性肾上腺血肿CT资料。结果:7例肾上腺血肿均位于右侧;多呈椭圆形(4例)、圆形(2例);境界清楚4例,伴有周围条片状影3例;6例行增强扫描后,血肿本身无强化。6例伴有其他脏器的损伤。结论:CT能够很好地揭示肾上腺血肿的病理改变,是诊断肾上腺血肿的有效方法,对于临床治疗具有指导意义。Objective：To discuss the CT manifestations and CT diagnostic value of adrenal hematomas. Methods：The CT scanning data from 7 patients with post-traumatic adrenal hematomas verified by operation （5 cases） and CT follow-up scaning （2 cases） were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All lesions were located in right adrenal and showed oval （4 cases） or round （2 cases） shadow,homogenous or inhomogenous density, clear margin （4 cases）. Stripe-like or plaque-like vague high density shadows in periadrenal fat were found in 3 cases of adrenal hematomas. 6 cases after administering contrast agents showed no enhancement. Conclusion： CT scanning reveals the pathologic changes of adrenal hematomas and provides the indications for clinicians to make therapeutic planning.
