摘　　要：目的:研究徐州地区健康成人不同年龄组肺功能正常参考值。方法:通过对徐州地区健康成人不同年龄组共1320例受检者肺通气指标的分析,得出徐州地区不同年龄组肺功能正常参考值回归方程,并与国外正常人群肺功能预计值相比较。结果:徐州地区健康成人肺功能正常值与年龄、身高有明显线性关系,与国外肺功能预计值有显著差别。徐州地区健康成年男性VCmax,FVC,MVV,FEV1低于机器固有正常值,FEV1%F、FEV1%M高于机器固有正常值。徐州地区健康成年女性VCmax,FVC,FEV1,FEV1%F,FEV1%M高于机器固有正常值,MVV低于机器固有正常值(P<0.01),并通过检测所得回归方程的适用性及准确性,证实徐州地区健康成人肺功能正常值较机器固有值更符合徐州地区健康成人肺功能正常水平。结论:建议使用装有预计值公式的国外肺功能仪时,首先应评价该预计值公式对本国或本地区受检者的适用性。对徐州地区肺功能正常值的研究填补了本地区该医学方面的空白,为本地区肺功能检测的发展提供一个研究方向,对于科研及临床都有重大意义。Objective：To study the predictive values of pulmonary function for different age groups in healthy adults of Xuzhou.nethods： Obtain the regression equation of predictive values of pulmonary function for different age groups in healthy adults of Xuzhou by analyzing parameters of pulmonary function of 1 320 cases and compare them with that of common adults abroad. Results： In Xuzhou area the reahionship between regression equation of predictive values of pulmonary function and the gender, the age and the height of people could be indicated by linearity regression and the equation differed greatly from that abroad. In Xuzhou the VCmax, FVC, MVV, FEV1 of healthy male adults were lower than that of machine eigenvalue, while FEV1%F, FEV1%M were higher than that of machine eigenvalue.For healthy female adults in Xuzhou, VCmax, FVC, FEV1, FEV1%F, FEV1%M were higher than that of machine eigenvalue, but MVV was lower than that of machine eigenvalue. The practicality and accuracy of gained equation were tested. Predictive values of pulmonary function for different age groups in healthy adults of Xuzhou were more appropriate than that of machine eigenvalue.Conelusion： The application for people who are checked in certain area should be surely considered before the equipment of the foreign lung function machines. The present study is of great significance to the development of pulmonary function examination in local area, as meanwhile it is unique in medcial field in Xuzhou .
