核因子κΒ与代谢综合征关系的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来大量研究显示代谢综合征是以胰岛素抵抗为病理生理基础,糖代谢紊乱、脂代谢异常、中心性肥胖和高血压为主要表现的一种病理状态,伴有低度慢性炎症。核因子(NF)-κB是一种重要的介导炎症的转录调节因子,其在细胞信号传递和基因表达调控中起重要作用。本文就NF-κB与代谢综合征的关系做简要综述。In recent years,many studies have demonstrated that metabolic syndrome is a kind of disease based on insulin resistance. It is characterized by glucose metabolism abnormality,lipid metabolism disturbance, central obesity and hypertension, with a low-grade chronic inflammation. Nuclear factor-κB （NF-KB）is an important transcription regulation factors,and plays a vital role in inflammatory reaction, the process of signal transductions in cells and regulation of gene expression. This article will make a brief introduction about the relationship between NF-κB and metabolic syndrome.
