摘  要:目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、脑电图(EEG)在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)诊断中的作用。方法回顾本院使用MEB-9100型BAEP仪及ZN-7800型8导EEG仪,对36例HIE检查结果资料进行分析。结果BAEP正常6例(16.7%),异常30例(83.3%)。EEG正常2例(5.6%),异常34例(94.4%)。结论在新生儿期对HIE脑功能的准确评估至关重要。其功能状态与BAEP及EEG关系密切。BAEP与EEG为临床诊断HIE提供了有价值的客观依据,BAEP能客观、直接地反映脑功能状态及损害程度,而常规的神经系统检查法和测听方法,在HIE中应用颇为困难,而BAEP检查敏感性高,影响因素小,结果准确可靠,说明BAEP、EEG对HIE的早期诊断,估计预后,指导治疗均有一定的价值,在某些情况下可能是唯一可靠的测试手段。Objective To research the impact of BAEP and EEG in how to diagnose neonatal HIE. Methods With MEB-9100 BAEP examination instrument and ZN-7800 8 lead EEG instrument, 36 cases with HIE were analysed. Results BAEP normal 6 cases (16.7%), abnormality 30 cases (83.3%),EEG: normal 2 cases (5.6%), abnormality 34 cases (94.4%). Conclusion In neonatal period, for neonatal HIE to estimate the brain function is very important. Its function state with BAEP and EEG has one intimate relative BAEP and EEG supply a valuable and objective ground to HIE clinic diagnosis. BAEP can objectively and directly reflect the brain function state and the damage extension. The use of regular nerve system check and aural detect method in neonatal HIE has much difficult, hut BAEP examination has a high sensation, low effective factor and has a exact result. So BAEP, EEG has some value in HIE' early diagnosis, prognosis guide treatment and some time maybe it is the only one reliable check method.
