摘　　要：目的探讨外科手术择期患者实施自体输血的方法。方法选择择期手术的276例患者,术前采用一次性或"蛙跳式"采血法采集血液,置4℃贮血冰箱内保存。术中或术后使用。结果276例患者手术中或手术输注自体储存血,手术后Hb、HCT轻微下降。结论自体输血在外科手术应用中科学、安全、有效,患者术后恢复顺利。Objective To discuss the methods of autotransfusion to the perioperational and hemorrhagic patients. Methods Autologous blood-collecting by once only or a leapfrog method was performed before operation and the blood was reserved in refrigerator at 4℃. Results Two hundred and seventy-six patients were transfused with their own blood during or after operation. Their Hb and HCT decreased slightly after operation. Conclusion Autologous blood reservation and transfusion is useful, safe and effective for surgery.
