摘　　要：本文介绍了精品科技期刊全文数据库构建中实施DOI的策略和具体过程,基于DOI技术构建精品科技期刊全文数据库平台的开放式知识链接模式,以及在DOI注册、解析机制基础上实现的精品科技期刊全文数据的DOI注册、解析,中英文引文DOI链接。This paper first introduces the actualization of DOI strategy and the detailed process in the construction of full-text data base of key scientific, technical and medical journal, then expounds the open knowledge interlinkage mode which based on the DOI technique used in the construction of full - text data base platform of key scientific, technical and medical journal. In the paper we realize the DOI registration and analysis of key journal full context which based on the mechanism of DOI registration and analysis, and accomplish the DOI linkage of both Chinese and English quotation .
