摘  要:应用数量遗传学原理和全同胞组内相关法估计了“黄海1号”中国对虾(Fenneropennes chinensis)孵化后3月龄和4月龄体长的遗传力。实验中的36尾亲虾均来自人工养殖的“黄海1号”第9代选育群体。通过人工授精技术,构建了9个半同胞家系和21个全同胞家系,分别测定了,3月龄和4月龄时30尾后代个体的体长。利用SPSS软件的一般线性模型(GI-M)过程,计算表型变量的方差组分,估计体长性状的遗传力。分析结果表明,“黄海1号”中国对虾3月龄和4月龄体长的狭义遗传力估计值分别在0.46~0.53和0.44~0.48之间。雌性遗传方差组分均显著大于雄性遗传方差组分(P〈0.05),说明雌性遗传方差组分存在非加性效应或受环境影响较大。另外,雌性方差组分估计的遗传力由3月龄的0.53下降到4月龄的0.48,下降程度最大,说明雌性方差组分可能存在显著的母体效应。In the study, the heritability of body length in shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis named "Huanghai No. 1" shrimp was estimated by means of intra group correlation of full-sibs at 3 and 4 months after hatching. A total of 36 maturing shrimp were from the ninth cultured populations of "Huanghai No. 1". Fifteen sires and twenty-one dams were mated by an artificial insemination technique. Each sire was mated from one to four dams, producing 9 half-sib families and 21 full-sib families. A random sample of 30 individuals from each family was harvested and the body length of each individual was measured at 3 and 4 months after hatching. Causal components of phenotypic variance were calculated with the GLM (General Linear Model) procedure of SPSS software. The results showed the heritabilities of body length at 3 and 4 months of age were 0.46-0.53 and 0. 44-0. 48, respectively. The dam components were greater, suggesting large non-additive genetic effects or common environment effects that could not be differentiated. A reduction in the dam component of the body length from approximately 0.53 at 3 months to 0.48 at 4 months suggested potential maternal effects that are likely to play an important role in development.
