摘  要:通过伯胺4,4’-二氨基环己基甲烷(PACM)与马来酸二乙酯的Michael加成反应,合成1种新型聚天门冬氨酸酯仲胺(PAE-b)。将PACM和PAE-b分别与脂肪族异氰酸酯4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)/端氨基聚醚(JeffamineD2000)预聚物反应,制备了脂肪族聚脲弹性体。采用FTIR、元素分析和GPC表征了PAE-b。并用DMA考察了聚脲的形态结构和性能。与由PACM合成的聚脲相比,由PAE-b合成的聚脲与异氰酸酯组份的反应活性更低,常温凝胶时间为由23 s降为1 230 s,因此,这种PAE-b聚脲可采用普通工艺成型。PAE-b聚脲呈现微相分离的形态,是具有较高的强度、模量和硬度的弹性体涂层材料。A new type of polyaspartic esters(PAEs) secondary amine called PAE-b was prepared from prime amine 4, 4'-methylenebis(cyclohexyl amin) (PACM) and dialkyl maleates via a Michael Addition Reaction. And a novel aliphatic polyurea elastomer was synthesized from PAE-b and aliphatic polyisocyanates 4, 4'-diisocyanato dicyclohexylmethane(H12MDI)/polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG-1000) prepolymer. FTIR, Element analysis and GPC were used for the characterzation of PAE-b. DMA was adopted to study the morphology, structure and properties of polyureas. The polyurea based on PAE-b exhibits less reaction activity than the polyurea based on PACM, and the gelation time at normal temperature is changed from 23 s to 1 230 s, as a result the normal method can be used to prepare the elastomer coating instead of a special spray machine. The polyurea based on PAE-b shows a partial phase separated morphology, it is an elastomer coating material with high strenigth, modulus and hardness.
