摘  要:为解决采用光栅投影式三维轮廓术测量物体三维形貌时,出现的条纹图样的不连续性,利用计算机编程,生成由两种不同频率合成的复合光栅,将它投影到被测物体上,并将被测物体放在精密的旋转平台上,通过二次成像后对两幅图像进行图像拼接,得到清晰的被光栅调制的物体图像,再对图像进行傅里叶变换,然后采用滤波器滤出相应的高频和低频成分,利用低频光栅的相位差辅助解出高频光栅的真实相位差,从而实现物体的三维形貌重建。结果表明,本方法简单、精度高,可以成功解决有突变面形和投影时具有阴影的物体的三维形貌测量问题。In order to improve the performance of the two-frequency grating method in profilometry the gratings are projected to the measured object. The measured object is placed on the exact rotary platform. After imaging with the two frequency grating,the images are mosaiced,and the dear object image modulated by the grating is gotten. Then Fourier Transform is used to the image to filter the high frequency and the low frequency. Difference phase of high-frequency is solved out based on the low frequency phase difference. At last, the three dimension profile reconstruction is realized. The result indicates that the method is simple,with high accuracy. Three dimension profile measurement of the objects with the step shape or the shadow in the projecting can be successfully resolved.
