摘  要:根据有限元中的"单元生死"技术,通过APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)编程研究了沿长边平行往复、沿短边平行往复以及层间正交变向平行往复等扫描方式对整个成形过程温度的影响,详细探讨了各种扫描方式下温度的动态分布规律。在相同条件下,利用自行搭建的CCD比色熔池测量系统对成形过程的熔池温度进行采集。结果表明:通过CCD比色测温系统得到不同扫描方式下成形过程熔池区域的最高温度与数值模拟得到的基本相符,熔池区域的温度高低也与数值模拟得到的结果吻合。To improve the shaping quality of sample and decrease the thermal stress during Lascr Melal Deposition Shaping (LMDS) processing,based on the "element birth and death" method of finite element analysis(FEA) ,the effects of scanning methods on temperature during LMDS are researched through ANSYS parametric design language(APDL) programming. Under the same conditions as in simulation,the temperature of molten pool is collected through the self-constructed CCD colorimetric temperature measuring system. The results show that the highest collected temperatures of molten pool under different scanning methods show good agreement with that gotten in simulation,and the high-low temperatures of molten pool show good agreement with that gotten in simulation,too.
