我国廉租房配租方式的实证研究

摘　　要：文章利用三市场过滤模型分析得出租金配租方式优于实物配租，并利用计量工具对29个大中城市2001年-2005年的数据进行全面分析，得出了廉租房租金配租标准模型，为政府进一步预测和控制租金补贴提供新的方法与依据。Using three market filtering models to analyze the subsidizing mode, this paper finds rent subsidizing mode is much more appropriate. It adopts data in china＇s 29 cities from 2001 to 2005, and set up the model on assisted housing subsidy standard, which could provide new method and foundation for the government to predict and control the rent allowance.
