摘　　要：阐述了航空公司成本的构成及影响因素,着重从3方面分析了成本管理的重点,优化航线结构,指出轮辐式航线网络效率最高;统筹规划,采取切实可行措施降低燃油消耗;建立飞机维修服务模型,提高维修管理水平,降低维修成本。The key points of the airline cost management are analyzed with an illustration on the structure and factors of the airline operation cost.The airline network is optimized by adopting the hub-spoke system.The project is established to reduce the fuel consumption,to establish the aircraft maintenance service model and to improve the maintenance management and reduce the maintenance cost.
