摘　　要：从我国电信资费规制的实际问题出发,对我国电信市场中存在的恶性资费竞争问题进行研究。根据博弈理论,探讨了我国电信资费战的规制思路,提出了可能避免电信恶性资费战的几个途径。The paper studies the malign price competition in Chinese telecom market according to the actual problems of the price regulation of Chinese telecommunication. The paper discusses the train thought on price war regulation and puts forward some way in order to avoid the malign price war in Chinese telecom market on the basis of game theory.
