香薷油β-环糊精包合物制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究香薷挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的制备工艺。方法:以挥发油利用率、有效成分百里香酚及香芹酚含量为指标,用正交设计法对香薷挥发油β-CD包合工艺进行优选。结果:香薷挥发油与β-CD包合物最佳制备工艺是采用胶体磨瞬间包合3次,挥发油∶β-CD∶水为1∶6∶18,包合温度30℃。结论:香薷挥发油采用胶体磨瞬间包合技术,可实现连续化生产,包合物稳定性好。Objective：To study the preparation technology of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-cyclodextrin（β-CD） inclusion compound. Methods： It was studied with Orthogonal design on the extraction of Essential oil of Mosla chinensis and β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. The utilization ratio of Essential oil, and the content of carvacrol and thymol were used as criteria in the test. Results：The optimum preparation technology for the inclusion compound of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-CD was using the collid mill to grind instantaneously and inclusion rapidly. The best condition were as follows： The inclusion times was 3, the temperature for inclusion was 30℃ ,the ratio among the essential oils, β-CD and water was 1：6：18. Conclusions： This complex prepared on the condition aforementioned is simple and stable. It can be used for the production in industry.
