摘　　要：文章指出,对南海进行全面深入的科学研究,不仅在经济和科学上具有重要意义,而且在今天复杂的国际环境下,也是我国在南海行使主权的重要体现,是事关我国发展的重大战略问题。The paper points out that conducting a comprehensive an overall and thorough investigation on scientific research in the South China Sea will not only be of economic and scientific importance, ,but also an important embodiment in exercise of sovereignty over the South China Sea under the complex worldintemational situation, which is an major strategic issue that has a direct bearing on the development of China is involved.our country
