摘　　要：研究侦察卫星实拍实传数传调度问题，是为了解决如何为实拍实传数传需求分配地面资源及数传时间的问题。首先对卫星实拍实传数传需求和任务进行了分析，建立了卫星实拍实传数传调度问题模型；根据问题特点及问题模型，提出了一种基于综合优先度的启发式调度算法；最后通过一个应用实例，并通过对本文算法与其他一些算法的运行比较，验证了本文所研究的模型及算法是可行的。The research on Reconnaissance Satellite Real-time Data Transmission Scheduling Problem（SRDTSP） is to solve the problem how to assign the ground resources and data transmission time for the requirements of each satellite real-time data transmission. Firstly, the paper analyzes the requirements and tasks of satellite real-time data transmission, and builds the model of SRDTSP. According to its characteristics and models, a heuristic algorithm based on complex priority is given. Finally, the model and algorithm presented in this paper have been proven to be feasible by comparing them and an example with other algorithms.
