摘　　要：目的探索药师如何发挥专业优势建立符合社区药学服务的模式。方法以广州市老人院的老人为药学服务对象,采用问卷调查的形式,根据调查结果制定社区药学服务计划,组织本院药学部药师进行多种形式的社区药学服务实践。结果与结论初步建立了社区药学服务模式,进一步丰富药学服务的内容,提高社区居民在药品安全方面的自我保护意识,同时增强药师的药学服务意识,强化药师的药学服务知识和沟通技巧,培养了药学服务专业人才队伍。为我院今后长期开展社区药学服务的策略提供参考依据。Objective To explore the way for pharmacists to educe their specialty, and develop community pharmaceutical service mode. Methods With the olds in home for the aged as pharmaceutical service object, and investigating by questionnaire, community pharmaceutical service program was developed according to investigating result. It was taken into practice by organizing pharmacists in our hospital to provide pharmaceutical service in community. Results and Conclusion An initial mode for community pharmaceutical service was developed. It enriched pharmaceutical service content, developed resident self-protection consciousness in medicine security and pharmaceutical service consciousness for pharmacists. It also cultivated professional pharmaceutical service pharmacists and strengthened their pharmaceutical service knowledge and communication technology. Strategies were provided for long-term community pharmaceutical, service in our hospital.
