摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定解热消炎胶囊中栀子苷含量的方法。方法选用Aichrom C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,乙腈-水（15∶85）为流动相,检测波长238 nm,流速1 ml/min。结果栀子苷在0.1711～0.8555μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为1.7%。结论此方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于测定解热消炎胶囊中栀子苷的含量。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Jiere Xiaoyan Capsule. Methods The method was carried on a Aichrom C18 （ 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water （ 15：85 ）. The detective wavelength was at 238 nm. The flow rate was 1 ml/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 1711 -0. 8555 μg （ r = 0.9999 ）, the average recovery was 99.93 % , and RSD was 1.7 %. Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate, and can he used for the quality control of the Jiere Xiaoyan Capsule.
