摘 要:目的研究大黄对严重创伤术后胃肠衰竭预防作用。方法患者随机分配为大黄预防组和非预防组,观察2组胃肠衰竭发生率;pH计测量应用大黄前后胃肠腔内pH值。结果预防组中毒性肠麻痹(20%)和应激性胃肠黏膜病变(14%)发生率低于非预防组中毒性肠麻痹(82%)和应激性胃肠黏膜病变(58%)(P<0.05),预防组胃肠衰竭发生率明显低于非预防组。结论预防应用大黄可降低严重创伤术后胃肠衰竭发生率;大黄可趋向恢复胃肠腔内pH值,可能是改善了胃肠黏膜血流灌注。Objective To investigate the effecs of Rhubarb on preventing gastrointestinal failure after operation of serious multiple injuries. Methods All patients were randomly divided into rhubarb prevention group and non - prevention group,observe the incidence rate of the gastrointestinal failure. Adopt the pH instrument to measure pH in gastrointestinal of patients when they were treated with Rhubarb before and after. Results The incidence of gastrointestinal failure is obviously lower in preventive group than that in non - preventive group. Conclusion The preventive usage of rhubarb could decrease the incidence rate of gastrointestinal failure. Rhubarb could restore the pH inside the lumen of stomach and intestine probably by improving the gastrointestinal early blood perfusion.
