摘 要:气动式振动台的频域能量分布不均匀且低频能量较低,限制了该设备在电子产品可靠性强化试验中的进一步应用。以气动式振动台的关键部件——气锤作为切入点,在全面掌握气锤工作原理的基础上,从理论上对气锤产生的碰撞信号进行研究,推导出该碰撞信号的解析式,并验证了理论分析的正确性。在此基础上,研究了气锤各个参数和碰撞信号低频能量之间的一般规律,分析了影响碰撞信号低频能量的主要因素,为全面开展气动式振动台的自主研发工作奠定了一定的理论基础。Repetitive shock (RS) machines have some shortages, such as the uniform energy distribution in the range of 20- 1.0×10^4 Hz, the lower energy value in the range of 20-2 000 Hz, and so on. These characters confine the application of RS machines in the reliability enhancement testing of electronic assemblies. In this paper, vibrators, which are crucial components of RS machines, are regarded as the specific objects. Based on roundly mastering work principles of vibrators, impact signals are studied deeply and the analytic formula is concluded detailedly. Then, the theoretical conclusions are validated by tests. At last, the major factors are deeply studied and based on the above studies, the criterion that how to choose the parameters of vibrators is definitely presented. The results will contribute not only to the optimization design of vibrators but also to the improvement of RS machines.
