摘  要:研究海带硫酸多糖(Laminaria polysaccharide sulfate,LPS)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞IL-1分泌功能的影响.用不同浓度的海带硫酸多糖培养小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,产生的IL-1再培养胸腺细胞,最后用MTT颜色反应法测定胸腺细胞的增生情况.IL-1在1:5和1:10稀释度下,以浓度15μg/ml的LPS作用效果最好,A值分别为0.034和0.026;而在1:20的稀释度下,则以30μg/ml的LPS作用效果最好,A值为0.037.在三种稀释度下LPS对胸腺细胞的诱生曲线皆成倒"U"形,说明海带硫酸多糖具有免疫调节作用,可以诱导胸腺细胞的增生.To study the IL-1 secretion of peritoneal macrophage φ (PMφ) by lammana polysaccharide sulfate. Methods.The peritoneal macrophages were cultured at different concentration of laminaria polysaccharide sulfate, and then thymocyte was cultured by the induced IL-1 at different dilution (1 : 5,1 : 10 and 1 : 20). At last MTT color reaction methods was adopted to measure the increase of thymocyte. Results. LPS had the best effect at the dilution 1- 5 and 1:10 of IL-1 and at the concentration 15 /lg/mL of LPS,and the A values were 0. 034 and 0. 026 differently;while at the 1.20 dilution and at the concentration of 30 μg/mL, LPS had better effect and the A value was 0. 037. Conclusion-The curve of increase thymocyte appeared reciprocal “U” form, it showed that laminaria polysaccharide sulfate had immunized regulatory effect and can induce the increase of thymocyte.
