摘 要:目的:对比瑞芬太尼、舒芬太尼和芬太尼对蟾蜍上腭纤毛摆动频率(CBF)的影响。方法:取30只中华大蟾蜍,每只在显微镜下从上腭黏膜分离出一个约2mm×2mm的黏膜块,随机分为瑞芬太尼组、舒芬太尼组和芬太尼组。生理盐水稀释瑞芬太尼、舒芬太尼和芬太尼,终浓度分别为4,0.5,2μg/L,每个黏膜块在浸入药液前及浸入后5,30和60min时,使用相差显微镜及成像分析技术测量纤毛上皮的CBF。结果:舒芬太尼组和芬太尼组CBF在各时间点与基础值比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);瑞芬太尼组CBF在各时间点与基础值比较明显降低(P<0.05)。各组CBF基础值无显著差异(P>0.05);在其他时间点,瑞芬太尼组CBF较舒芬太尼和芬太尼组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼降低蟾蜍上腭纤毛摆动频率,舒芬太尼和芬太尼则没有影响。Objective:To investigate and compare the effects of remifentanil,sufentanil and fentanyl on cilia beat frequency(CBF) of isolated toad palate.Methods:The palates were sampled from 30 matured toads.The mucosa of palates was cut into 2 mm × 2 mm small pieces under the stereoscope.With normal saline remifentanil,sufentanil and fentanyl were diluted to 4μg/L、0.5μg/L and 2μg/L respectively.The small pieces were randomly divided into three groups to dip into remifentanil,sufentanil or fentanyl.Actively beating ciliated cells were observed and their motions were quantified by measuring CBF using phase-contrast microscopy.CBF was counted manually at baseline,5,30 and 60 min respectively.Results:CBF in remifentanil decreased significantly at the points of 5,30 and 60 min compared with that at the baseline(P 〈 0.05),but CBF in sufentanil group and fentanyl group were not changed obviously(P 〉 0.05).CBF of all the groups had no difference at the baseline(P 〉 0.05).Compared with sufentanil and fentanyl group,CBF in remifentanil decreased significantly at the points of 5,30 and 60 min(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil decreases CBF of isolated toad palate.
