血清B淋巴细胞活化因子与HCV感染者疾病进展相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过检测丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染者血清B淋巴细胞活化因子(BAFF)水平,探讨血清BAFF含量与HCV感染后疾病进程的相关性。方法:选取180名HCV感染者及40名健康对照者,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中BAFF含量,荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测HCV感染者血清中HCV-RNA的水平,并结合HCV感染者临床情况分析。结果:HCV感染者血清中BAFF水平为(36.9±5.36)μg/L,较健康对照组显著增高(P<0.01);各临床分期HCV感染者中,血清BAFF的表达有明显差异,其中丙肝后肝癌组>丙肝后肝硬化组>丙肝慢性感染组>丙肝携带组;HCV病毒载量的对数值与血清BAFF水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:HCV感染者血清BAFF水平与疾病进展明显相关。Objective：To investigate the correlation between the progression of HCV infection and serum B-lymphocyte activating factor（BAFF） by detecting serum BAFF levels in HCV patients.Methods：180 HCV patients and 40 healthy controls were selected for the research,and their serum BAFF levels were detected by ELISA.The level of serum HCV-RNA in HCV patients was detected through fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction and analyzed along with the clinical data of HCV patients.Results：The level of serum BAFF in HCV patients was 36.9±5.36 μg/L,which was significantly higher than the healthy control（P 〈 0.01）.The expression of serum BAFF differed significantly in HCV patients at different clinical stages：the liver cancer with HCV group〉 hepatocirrhosis with HCV group〉chronic HCV infection group〉HCV carrier group.The log value of HCV viral load had no correlation with serum BAFF level（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Serum BAFF level is significantly correlated with the progression of HCV infection.
