摘 要:目的:比较体动感知频率适应性起搏器与体动+QT间期双感知频率适应性起搏器的应答频率。方法:受试者被分为三组,第一组为应用体动感知频率适应性起搏器的患者;第二组为应用体动+QT间期双感知频率适应性起搏器的患者;第三组为对照者。通过动态心电图监测或起搏器的Holter监测获得各人群在静息和睡眠时最低心率,比较其变异程度。结果:第一组与对照组静息及睡眠时心率变异性比较有显著差异(P<0.001),第二组与对照组静息及睡眠时心率变异性比较无显著差异(P>0.01)。结论:体动+QT间期双感知传感器的频率适应性功能较体动感知单传感器更接近于窦房结功能,它的生理性更好,但不能完全模拟窦房结的功能。Objective:To compare the responsive rate between active-sensing and active+QT interval-sensing rate adaptive pacemakers.Methods:The subjects were divided into three groups:the first group with active sensor rate adaptive pacemaker,the second group with the active+QT interval sensor rate adaptive pacemaker and the third group of control with normal sinus node function.The lowest heart rates during rest and sleep were obtained through 24-hour ECG monitoring or Holter monitoring of the pacemaker itself to compare their variances.Results:The heart rate variance of the control group was much greater than that of the other two groups.There was significant difference of heart rate variance between the first group and the control group(P 〈 0.01),but without significant difference between the second group and the control group(P 〉 0.01).Conclusion:Active+QT interval double sensor’s pace adaptive function is more similar to that of the sinus node than single active sensor.That is to say,active+QT interval double sensor is more physiological but it cannot simulate the sinus node completely.
