摘　　要：详细介绍了隧道二极管的特性和负阻产生的机理,分析讨论了隧道二极管并联放大器的静态特性、主要性能指标和偏置要求。根据研究结果,完成了电路元件的参数选择。通过计算机仿真,获得满意的结果。对隧道二极管的应用具有一定的指导意义。The property of tunnel diode and the principle of negative resistance are presented.For the tunnel diode parallel amplifier,quiescent operation point,circuit specification and offset voltage are studied.Based on the studied results,we can determine parameter values of the components.Through computer simulation,the result of the experiment satisfied us. It is significance for tunnel diode to be realized in practice.
